Mobile Home Tax Bills
Mobile Home tax bills are due each year on July 1. View a bill and pay online at: https://www.invoicecloud.com/jacksoncountytreasurer or through one of our other payment options. State law requires a penalty of $25 per month up to $100 if there is a failure to pay mobile home taxes by the due date. If you have questions call 618-687-7350.
2024 Payable 2025 Property Taxes
Property taxes were due in two installments on September 16, 2025, and November 13, 2025. Penalties for late payments on the first installment began on September 17, 2025. Late penalties are 1½% per month or any part of a month, as required by Illinois law.
However, due to some unusually high tax increases for certain properties this year, the County Board has approved a 60-day extension on each installment before late penalties apply for bills that increased by more than 50% compared to last year. If you believe this may apply to your bill, please review the details below the tax schedule.
