Accounting Coordinator

The Jackson County Board is accepting resumes for an Accounting Coordinator.  The Accounting Coordinator will assist with bookkeeping, budgeting and audits among other things.  Applicants should have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.  The salary is contingent upon education and experience.  A complete job description can be found at: www.jacksoncounty-il.gov/about-us/employment.  Resumes should be submitted by 4pm on June 3, 2019 to the Jackson County Board office at 1001 Walnut Street, Murphysboro, IL 62966 or emailed to jhuson@jacksoncounty-il.gov.  Jackson County is an equal opportunity employer.

    A special meeting of the Jackson County Board has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. for the purposes of adopting/amending the FY 2018-2019 Budget and adopting Ordinance 18-3: An Ordinance Providing for and Making the Annual Tax Levy for Jackson County, Illinois for the year December 1, 2018 through November 30, 2019.
