Accounting Coordinator

The Jackson County Board is accepting resumes for an Accounting Coordinator.  The Accounting Coordinator will assist with bookkeeping, budgeting and audits among other things.  Applicants should have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.  The salary is contingent upon education and experience.  A complete job description can be found at:  Resumes should be submitted by 4pm on June 3, 2019 to the Jackson County Board office at 1001 Walnut Street, Murphysboro, IL 62966 or emailed to  Jackson County is an equal opportunity employer.

    A special meeting of the Jackson County Board has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. for the purposes of adopting/amending the FY 2018-2019 Budget and adopting Ordinance 18-3: An Ordinance Providing for and Making the Annual Tax Levy for Jackson County, Illinois for the year December 1, 2018 through November 30, 2019.
