Jackson County 708 Mental Health Board will hold a public hearing to review FY2017 Funding Applications on Monday July 18, 2016 at 5:30pm at the Jackson County Courthouse at 1001 Walnut Street, Murphysboro, IL.  Funding Applications are due in the Jackson County Board Office by COB on July 5, 2016.  Applications can be found on the Jackson County website or by contacting the Jackson County Board office.

JACKSON COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH 708 BOARD IS ACCEPTING FY 2016 FUNDING PROPOSALS. The 708 Board provides funding for services that diagnose, treat, or prevent mental illness, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse. Eligible applicants shall be incorporated on a not-for-profit basis, offer services and programs based on documented needs in Jackson County, have an annual certified total agency audit, and meet other standards outlined in the pre-application packet. For more information or to obtain a pre-application, call 618-687-7245, 8 am to 4 pm, or you may email to jc708brd@jackoncounty-il.gov. Deadline for submitting a pre-application: February 27, 2015.
